Membership & Communications Coordinator – Milltown Golf Club

Milltown Golf Club is seeking an organised and proactive Membership & Communications Coordinator to support the club’s membership activities and communications.

This is a full-time, permanent role that plays a key part in the administration of memberships, event coordination, and ensuring clear and effective communication between the club and its members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the annual membership subscription process and maintain an up-to-date member database.
• Organise member events and activities, and promptly manage member enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails and website updates.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote Milltown Golf Club’s membership offerings and events.
• Collaborate with the Membership & Communications Manager to create promotional materials and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases or CRM systems.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or event management is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a membership-driven environment or private club is an advantage.
• Knowledge of golf, including a passion for the sport, is desirable.
